Resident Services
The resident services office is open from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to help make your life in our community comfortable. The following services are provided for your convenience and support:
- Welcome and Needs Assessment Visits
- Newcomer parties
- Personal assistance – reading mail, assisting with letters, bills, etc.
- Monthly newsletter that contains highlights of upcoming programs and news of general interest to our residents at Live Oak.
- Copy and Fax Machines
- Closed circuit television network
- Personal Check Cashing
- Individual transportation to medical appointments
- Group transportation – regular trips are made to the grocery store, restaurants, cultural events, elections and to other places of interest in the area.
Activities
Live Oak maintains a progressive activity schedule designed to fulfill the many interests of our residents. Various on-site programs and get-together are scheduled every month. Throughout the year, day trips and overnight trips are frequently planned as opportunities for residents to "get away from it all."

Dining Services
Included in your monthly apartment fee is a nutritious and delicious lunch everyday of the year. Lunch is open seating from 11:15am – 1:00pm. The meal includes a main entrée with your choice of salads, vegetables and desserts. An alternate entrée is available everyday as well. Residents receive two complimentary guest meals each month. Breakfast and dinner are available and can also be delivered to your apartment.
