When You Enter Our Property

You will come in via an entry drive lined with live oak trees. This avenue runs into Circle Drive.

If you wish to tour the Skilled Nursing Center

Take a right and park in one of the diagonal spaces, close to the drive-through. Enter the main foyer.

If you wish to tour the Apartments

Take a left, cross the bridge, pass a wing of apartments and take a right into the parking lot with the large covered portico. Enter through the doors by the fountain.

Driving Directions

From East Texas or Mississippi via I-20

From either I-20 East or West, take the Market Street South exit which will become (run directly into) La. Hwy. 1/Youree Drive. Go south for a total of approximately 8.6 miles. You will cross the following major intersections: East Kings Highway, Southfield Road, East 70th Street and Bert Kouns Industrial Loop (same as Bert Kouns Industrial Parkway).

At the Bert Kouns Loop, you will see Wal-Mart Supercenter on your right. Then you will pass LSU-S college on the left. Continue for approximately 2 miles. Take a right on East Flournoy-Lucas Road at the railroad track. Go down about .6 mile and you will see the Live Oak sign on your right.

From I-49

Take Exit 199, Bert Kouns Industrial Loop (East-bound). Continue on Bert Kouns Loop for approximately 3.4 miles. You will pass the auto mall, Highland Hospital and various restaurants. Take a right on Youree Drive/La. Hwy. 1 just past the Wal-Mart Supercenter. You will then see LSU-S college on your left. Continue for approximately 2 miles. Take a right on East Flournoy-Lucas Road at the railroad track. Go down about .6 mile and you will see the Live Oak sign on your right.
