Live Oak is a multi-faith non-profit retirement community designed to provide a secure, comfortable and pleasant home for seniors.  We provide extensive lifestyle choices and residential options from garden apartment living to licensed skilled nursing care.  We are dedicated to providing a full continuum-of-care.
